John Budish is thrilled to fill the role of Professional Development Manager within Henry Schein Dental.  In this role, he leads the Dental Business Institute and contributes to the efforts of the Sales Professional Institute. In both roles, John brings his lifelong passion for helping others get better at what they do.

John's personal background includes 20 years working in public education, initially as a high-school science instructor leading into leadership roles at both the school and district level, focusing on adult education and program development.

John joined Henry Schein in 2017 to help his team build upon the already excellent business education offerings. He has consistently refined the Dental Business Institute programming to respond to a changing market, and fulfill the experiential and educational needs of entrepreneurial Oral Health providers.

His education includes a BS from Marquette, a MSEd from Cardinal Stitch University, and a certificate in Organizational Development from UW- Milwaukee. John is excited to continue to learn and grow to help dentists, practice administrators, and the internal sales teams develop their capacity to achieve success.

Greg Auerbach has been around dentistry his entire life. The son of a successful dentist, Greg grew up witnessing, first hand, how a quality dental practice operates and learning about the “business side” of a dental practice. Greg has a degree in computer engineering from the University of Central Florida and an MBA with a focus on service operations and general management and a secondary emphasis in brand marketing/management from Wake Forest University. For the past twelve years, Greg has provided dental practice sales and transition consulting services as a member of the ADS Florida team.

Vanessa Buchheit has 16 years of experience in the dental field. After success as an office manager/treatment coordinator, she joined Henry Schein as a practice development coach. Using her professional experience, coupled with her mastery of the business and attention to detail, she now provides coaching and systems implementation with a hands-on approach that increases production and reduces stress.
