This course series is specifically designed to focus on the capacity of office managers and dental practice executives to improve management skills for their entire team. These courses provide the skills necessary to implement these key management functions throughout the business lifecycle of the practice.

Core Curriculum

 

The courses are designed for individuals who are leading others around these functions or are learning details of these functions as they grow into a new or expanded role.  Most offices participating will have more than one location and greater than 10 operatories.

Randa is the President and Co-Founder of Dental Team Finder LLC, a leading dental specific recruiting firm. She speaks both nationally and internationally on many topics related to the business of dentistry. She has published articles in Contemporary Esthetics, Dental Economics, AADOM and Dental Mentor magazines. Jill Hasselmann is the Director of Business Development for HR for Health, the leading cloud-based human resources software dedicated to empowering dentists with the tools to manage their human resources with confidence. She is passionate about helping people identify and utilize their natural talents to become more effective and happy at work. This passion lead to her becoming a Kolbe Certified Consultant, and she now leads Kolbe workshops for companies across the country.

Dilaine Gloege is a Certified Dental Assistant and AAPC Certified Professional Coder with over 30 years of dental experience. Dilaine has worked at the practice level as a Certified Dental Assistant, Business Team Member, and Practice Administrator. She is currently Call Support Center Supervisor for Dr. Charles Blair’s Insurance Solutions Newsletter and PracticeBooster and has helped thousands of practices with coding and insurance questions for both medical and dental claims.

Additionally, Dilaine is a contributor to the following publications: Insurance Solutions Newsletter, Coding with Confidence, Administration with Confidence, and Medical Dental Cross Coding with Confidence. She also shares her knowledge and passion for dentistry in her speaking, webinar presentations, and consulting with dental teams nationwide.

Tarah Grauer, MHA, BASDH

Tarah Grauer has over 15 years of experience in the dental industry as a practicing dental hygienist, office manager, and dental assistant. She received her Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from St Petersburg College and Master in Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership from University of Florida. Tarah joined Henry Schein as a practice development coach bringing her real-world professional experience coupled with her mastery of the business to help practices identify areas for growth, implement winning systems and strategies for success. She provides coaching and system implementation with a hands-on approach that increases production and reduces stress.
